What is the minimum order for embroidery?
The minimum quantity is 30 pieces for custom embroidery orders.
How long does embroidery production take?
Standard production is 3–4 working days after the logo digitising, garment selection and order details are approved.
What artwork file should I provide?
A clear logo or production-ready AI file is preferred. Embroidery digitising and artwork preparation may be chargeable when production-ready files are unavailable.
Can I supply my own garments for embroidery?
No. We do not accept customer-supplied garments. Choose from our polo shirts, jackets, caps and uniform garments so we can control compatibility and quality.
Can I see the embroidery before bulk production?
We provide a digital mockup. Physical samples are generally available for orders above 100 pieces; a requested sample for a smaller order may affect the lead time.
What happens if there is an embroidery defect?
Production defects are returnable within seven days after receiving the goods. Send clear photographs and your order details for assessment.
