For Malaysia’s warm weather, breathable cotton and moisture-management microfiber are practical choices. Cotton gives a familiar soft feel, while performance fabrics dry faster and suit active teams, outdoor events and uniforms.
Choose by use
For company uniforms and daily wear, prioritise comfort, durability and colour consistency. For sports, campaigns and outdoor events, choose lightweight quick-dry fabric. For promotional orders, balance price with a fabric weight that still looks presentable after repeated washing.
Choose by printing method
Silkscreen is cost-effective for simple artwork and larger quantities. DTF suits colourful logos, names and smaller orders. Embroidery creates a premium, durable finish for corporate apparel. Full-colour sublimation is ideal for polyester teamwear and all-over designs because the colour becomes part of the fabric.
Choose by quantity and timing
Silkscreen and embroidery have a 30-piece minimum order. DTF and sublimation have no minimum order. Normal production is 3-4 working days for silkscreen and embroidery, 1-3 working days for DTF, and 3-5 working days for sublimation. Selected urgent jobs may be ready within 24 hours, subject to product stock, artwork approval and production availability.

- Garment sizes range from approximately 1-2 years old up to 12XL, depending on the selected product.
- Delivery within West Malaysia is free for orders above RM500. East Malaysia delivery starts from RM2 per piece and varies by location.
- Artwork assistance is available and chargeable when a production-ready AI file is not provided.
- Physical samples are normally available for orders above 100 pieces. For smaller orders, a digital mock-up is prepared; a physical sample can still be requested but may extend the lead time.
- We print on garments supplied through our catalogue and do not accept customer-supplied garments.

Which shirt printing methods have no minimum order?
DTF printing and sublimation printing have no minimum order. Silkscreen printing and embroidery require at least 30 pieces.
Which method is best for full-colour sportswear?
Colour sublimation is usually the strongest choice for full-colour polyester sportswear, team jerseys and designs that cover a large area. It produces vibrant colour without a heavy print layer on the fabric.
How quickly can a custom shirt order be ready?
Standard lead time depends on the method: DTF 1-3 working days, silkscreen and embroidery 3-4 working days, and sublimation 3-5 working days. Some urgent orders may be completed within 24 hours after artwork approval, subject to stock and production capacity.
Can I provide my own garment for printing?
No. To protect print quality and production consistency, we only print on garments supplied through our catalogue.
Can I request a sample before bulk production?
Physical samples are normally offered for orders above 100 pieces. Below 100 pieces, we provide a digital mock-up. A physical sample can be arranged on request, but it may affect the delivery schedule.
