Plan Your Full-Colour Sublimation Order
Sublimation is ideal when your design needs all-over colour, gradients, names, numbers or detailed artwork that should remain breathable. The colour is transferred into suitable polyester or microfiber fabric before the panels are cut and sewn, so it does not sit on top of the shirt like a conventional print.

Order one piece or plan a bulk run for teams, schools, events and company uniforms. Standard production is 3–5 working days after artwork and order details are approved.
Sizes from children to 12XL
Available sizing can start from approximately 1–2 years old and extend up to 12XL, subject to the chosen pattern, fabric and design requirements.
Artwork, mock-ups and samples
AI artwork is preferred. Artwork preparation is chargeable when a production-ready AI file is unavailable. We provide a digital mock-up before production. Physical samples are generally available for orders above 100 pieces; requested samples for smaller orders may extend the lead time.
Delivery throughout Malaysia
West Malaysia delivery is free for orders above RM500. East Malaysia delivery starts from RM2 per piece depending on location and parcel requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions About Sublimation Printing
What fabric works best for sublimation printing?
Polyester and microfiber fabrics provide the strongest colour transfer and durability. Different textures and GSM weights suit sports jerseys, event shirts and professional uniforms. We can recommend an option based on comfort, usage and budget.
Will sublimation colours crack, peel or feel heavy?
No. Sublimation dye becomes part of the compatible fabric, producing a smooth and breathable finish without a raised print layer. Correct care helps the colour remain vibrant.
Can every shirt be printed using sublimation?
Sublimation works best with suitable light-coloured polyester or microfiber fabric. Cotton garments and customer-supplied garments are not accepted for this production route. For other materials, compare our printing services such as DTF, silkscreen or embroidery.
How fast can a sublimation order be completed?
Standard production is 3–5 working days after artwork, sizing and order confirmation. Complex sewing, physical samples, large quantities and delivery schedules may affect the completion date.
What happens if there is a printing defect?
Printing defects can be returned within seven days of receiving the goods. Contact us promptly with clear photographs and the affected quantity so the issue can be assessed.
