- +Strong solid colour result for simple company logos and event artwork
- +Durable finish when printed and cured correctly
- +Consistent look across bulk team, school and campaign shirts
When to consider another method
- !Each print colour needs preparation, so setup matters
- !Less suitable for gradients, photo artwork or many tiny details
- !Not ideal when every shirt needs a different name or number
- !Small urgent runs may be better with DTF printing
Silkscreen process
A clearer view of how your artwork becomes a screen-printed bulk order.

1. Artwork setup
We check the logo file, colour separation, print size and placement before production.

2. Film production
The approved artwork is output onto transparent film for screen exposure.

3. Stencil production
The film is used to expose the artwork onto the mesh screen and metal frame.

4. Printing
Ink is pulled through the prepared stencil to print the approved artwork on each shirt.
