What is the minimum order for silkscreen printing?

The minimum quantity is 30 pieces. Silkscreen is most cost-effective for bulk orders using simple artwork and a limited number of colours.

How long does silkscreen production take?

Standard production is 3–4 working days after garment availability, artwork, colours and order details are approved.

Can you help prepare my artwork?

Yes. A production-ready AI file is preferred. Artwork preparation is chargeable when the supplied file is not suitable for production.

Can I supply my own shirts?

No. We do not accept customer-supplied garments. Choosing from our garment range helps us control print compatibility and quality.

Can I request a sample?

A physical sample can generally be prepared for orders above 100 pieces. For smaller orders we provide a digital mockup; a requested physical sample may extend the lead time.

What happens if there is a printing defect?

Printing defects are returnable within seven days after receiving the goods. Contact us promptly with photographs and your order information.
