Factory production capability
Sublimation is not only printing. The order usually moves through printing, heat transfer, cutting and sewing before final checking.
Full-colour artwork is printed for polyester sublimation panels and fabric layouts.
Heat and pressure transfer the colour into the fabric fibres for a smooth finish.
Printed panels are cut to the shirt pattern before sewing.
Collar, sleeve and body panels are assembled according to the selected T-shirt style.
